CHARLESTON COURIER, Charleston, S.C., Sept. 14, 1820 Pg. 3 has a reward ad for a runaway Negro Wench Charlotte which includes a small woodcut of a female runaway which is uncommon. Also a reward ad for two Negro Men, Bob and Bookie, with a woodcut of a male runaway. News of the day includes: "INDIAN HOSTILITY" "NAVAL" and much more. Several interesting advertisements as well. 4 pages with minor margin wear and light foxing.
