Collection of 9 checks or promissory notes with dates including 1859, 1870, 1876, 1868, 1869, 1879, 1867 and 1878. All measures about 3 1/2 by 8 in. Five still have revenue stamps attached. Some with edge wear, most are rather nice (see photos).
