HOUGH'S CONCORD HERALD, New Hampshire, December 5, 1793
* Anthony Wayne
* George Washington
* Uncommon title
Most of the front page is taken up with a discourse concerning the recent election for governor in New Hampshire & comments by the Genet, the ambassador from France which also includes much on George Washington (see photos).
Page 2 contains two letters each signed in type: Ant. Wayne, one beginning: "I received an express...from the Secretary of war...with positive orders from the President...to make those audacious Savages feel our superiority in arms..." with more (see photos).
Other news of the day. Two small engravings within the masthead.
Ink stains at the top of pg. 1 and some dirtiness to the top half of the front page, otherwise very nice. Four pages
