COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, Massachusetts, December 25, 1824
An article entitled "Presidential Ballot" on page 2 states in part: "It is now fully ascertained that Messrs. Jackson, Adams, and Crawford will be the Candidates for the President choice before the House of Representatives of Congress on February 9....the general calculation that no one, at that ballot, would obtain the thirteen votes necessary to constitute a choice....the Constitution requires that the House shall proceed immediately after the promulgation of the electoral votes....It was also anticipated, that the calm which prevailed on this subject would not last many days longer."

This issue, complete in 4 pages, is in good condition.
