FRIENDSHIP WEEKLY REGISTER, Friendship, Allegany County, New York, April 17, 1890 The front page has a nice ad for the "E. O. Rogers Great Inter-State Show! Golden Menagerie, Field Museum And Trained Animal Exposition". The ad takes two entire columns and has details about the various attractions and performances, plus there is an engraving of the circus tent, small engravings of the acrobatic performers, and the assorted wild animals and beasts featured in the circus (see photos). Eight pages, a bit pulpish at the edges causing some minor flaking and few small margin tears, otherwise good - but brittle (typical for the period).
