LESLIE'S ILLUSTRATED, from New York, dated June 14, 1873 Full frontpage illustration is: "The Second Boston Fire.--The Burning Of The Globe Theatre, In Washington St." A nice fullpage inside: "The 2nd Boston Fire.--The Scene Of Death--Firemen Endeavoring To Rescue Their Comrades From The Ruins Of A Fallen Building On Essex Street." Other fullpage illustrations are "Brooklyn - Grand Gathering of Sunday-School Children at Prospect Park, In Celebration of the Anniversary, may 28th, 1873" and "Our National Park - The Yellowstone Region" which is comprised of five scenes. A halfpage illustration "New York City - Reception by the Lady Students of the Art School, Cooper Institute, May 29th."

First leaf has a very small piece missing in the lower margin.
