This issue reports on the real life Valkyrie event, the attempt by German military officers to assassinate Adolph Hitler. The recent movie "Valkyrie" starring Tom Cruise is based on this event.
The three line banner headline reads in part: "ROOSEVELT NOMINATED FOR FOURTH TERM; HITLER ESCAPES BOMB, PURGES GENERALS..." and more.
