General in America only; Major General John Burgoyne to be ditto; Major General Charles Earl Cornwallis to be ditto..." and others (see).
Page 2 also has a letter from New York which has various reports on the war (see), and also: "We hear from New York that very great disagreement prevails between the Provincial Congress...Hancock is soon expected here. General Lee is at New York with from 2600 to 3000 men..." and other items.
