The front page is dominated by a very large & detailed Civil War map headed: "IMPORTANT OPERATIONS AT VICKSBURG" with subhead: "The New Mode of Punishing Rebels--Altering the Channel of the Mississippi--Setting Vicksburg Back a Little". Among the column heads are: "Advance of the Union Forces Towards Richmond" "Arrival of General Burnside's Flag Boat in Hampton Roads" "Additional Details of the Contest of the 3d of July" and more.
Eight pages, irregular at the margin with some minimal loss of text, otherwise very nice.
