THE TIMES, London, Aug. 31, 1793 A very nice 18th century issue of this very famous British newspaper. Page 2 has an item beginning: "The sudden removal of the Queen of France...have originated in consequence of 17 different charges against the unfortunate Queen, whose trial has certainly commenced 'ere this...".
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, nice red tax stamp on the ftpg., very nice condition.
