The front page announces: "SPAIN HAS ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF PEACE" with related subheads including: "Ambassador Cambon Is Empowered to Sign the Protocol" "No Change IN The Conditions" and more (see).
This essentially marked the end of the Spanish-American War, although negotiations did not create the formal treaty until December.
Eight pages, some small margin tears, generally in good condition.
