The ftpg. has: "Loss of the Thames Frigate" which takes over a full column. All of pg. 2 is taken up with: "Candid remarks on the treaty of amity and commerce between Great Britain and the United States of America", being the somewhat controversial "Jay Treaty" which dealt with unresolved issues from the Revolutionary War (see Wikipedia for more). Pg. 3 has a report of commencement ceremonies at Harvard.
Four pages, very nice condition.
