The S&H shown is for U.S. destinations only. Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, typically by USPS. Orders under $100 and under one pound usually ship by USPS Ground Advantage.

Need a specific carrier or expedited shipping? Call 570-326-1045, add a note on the final checkout step, or request UPS Ground and 1, 2, or 3-day quotes by email. These requests need to be made when the order is placed.

U.S. S&H is generally $10 for the first issue ($6 for smaller issues), plus $1 for each additional issue. Large custom quotes, bound volumes, eBay items, bulk lots, large folders, portfolios, presentation cases, and expedited orders may be calculated separately.

U.S. orders of $200 or more receive free shipping, excluding large custom quotes, most bound volumes, eBay and Amazon items, certain wholesale lots, large storage items, bulk orders, and expedited shipping. If actual S&H is lower than the estimate, we adjust it down. If it is higher, we cover the difference.

The checkout S&H estimate is for U.S. destinations. For orders outside the U.S., we adjust shipping to your location. If a credit card is associated with the order and the adjustment is no more than $40, we will make the adjustment unless you ask to be contacted first.

If no credit card is associated with the order, we will contact you for the additional funds needed. Non-domestic orders do not qualify for the free shipping threshold.

All items are guaranteed genuine and as described. Returns are accepted only when an item is damaged in transit or improperly described. If an item was improperly described, return it within 14 days of receipt in the same condition it was sent. In both cases, we pay return shipping.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for other reasons. Please package any return safely so it is not damaged in transit.

Birthday Newspapers: if the wrong date is ordered, we cannot accept the original newspaper as a return, but we will try to provide the correct date at a reduced price when available and when it is not an issue with key content.
