Page 3 has a notice about a benefit performance for the Benevolent Society by Mr. Rannie, to include "...Ventriloquism, Imitations, deceptions, experiments, Wire Dancing, &c.", plus other details.
Immediately below this notice is a "Notice To Coloured People", that states, in full: "Mr. Rannie, Sen. is sincerely sorry that he labors under some disagreeable circumstance, which totally does away the idea of his performing for the admittance of coloured people at the present; but will, in the course of two weeks, have it in his power to gratify their desires."
