This issue has one of my favorite mastheads, decorative and nice for display. The ftpg. has: "Liston's Conspiracy" and "Recall of the French Commissioners" with more news of the day inside. For pages, lightly toned with scattered foxing, and a hole in the back leaf which affects an ad and an unrelated article.
