The front page has two letters signed in type by the President: John Adams, relating to affairs with France. Plus, almost all of pages 2, 3 and 4 are taken up with various documents relating to the French troubles including several items signed in type by Charles Pinckney, J. Marshall, and Elbridge Gerry.
A rare title, four pages, very nice condition.
