DUNLAP'S AMERICAN DAILY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, PA, dated December 7, 1793  Page 4 has a Proclamation by Thomas Mifflin, the Governor of Pennsylvania, for a Day of Humiliation, Thanksgiving, and Prayer (see images), as an expression to "Almighty God... [who] put an end to the grievous calamity, that recently afflicted the city of Philadelphia...".  The issue is complete in 4 pages, has some light foxing and minor right margin wear, otherwise good.  Nice to have this PA Proclamation in a Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) newspaper.
